A very spacious single room in Loughton

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in September. This room is very spacious for a single room. You can change to double bed if it fits your liking.

The room cames with bed, desk, clothes rack and a black shelving unit.

The house has one bathroom, connected kitchen and living space and plenty of storage room. 10-15 minutes walk to Debden station, right next to a lovely park (great for picnics, sunbathing when the weather is nice and has a gorgeous lake), the area is very calm and quiet. Suitable for students (near East 15 acting school and New city college)

We have a small dog. She is the owner the house:) if you are not good with dogs you shouldn’t move. Because she is important for house.
