New Apartment building ensuite

Hi, I'm searching for a female flatmate for this double room with private bathroom flat share in Loughton. DM me if interested.

This is a new build from last summer. I am using the photos of the photo from the agents because there's still people living in. These are suggestions for understanding the flat but not the actual flat. You are welcome to come see the flat.

The council tax band is D. Energy Efficiency level is B. Bills are not included. Parking requires extra charge and booking with the management team. There's broadband for one year, cost to be shared with both tenants.

Ps. I am a clean and quite person. I do socialise myself but just not huge parties since most people living here are families and they have to work. I would expect my flatmate to be clean in the communal area.
