Bright and spacious double room - available soon

Hi, everyone! I'm Zinni, and I'm helping my lovely friend Taylor to find a new housemate to replace me, as I've made the bittersweet decision to move back to Brasil. I'm genuinely sad to leave - this has been the best house I've lived in, during my 12 years in London.

*The room :

It's a bright and very spacious double room ( no wide angle lens trickery in the photos!) with a built-in wardrobe for plenty of storage!

*The bathroom:

You will share a clean and modern bathroom with just one person! It has a built-in cupboard, with loads of space for all your toiletries, and the shower has an excellent water pressure!

*The living space:

The open-plan living room and kitchen are super spacious and full of natural light. The flat was rented unfinished, so while it's already cozy, there's still room to add your own touches and make it even more of a home.

*Outdoor space:

We have a lovely garden with a deck, outdoor table and a BBQ place, and even a paddling pool! - we had and amazing time out there this summer!

*Location and amenities:

Next door is a super handy off- licence with a post office Just around the corner, there's another off-licence, a Lidl, a Sainsbury's, and a gas station with a 24h off-licence. The number 20 bus stop it's just around the corner too. Around 20 minutes walk to either Loughton or Debden (central line).
Also a short walk to Epping Forest! Perfect for someone who wants to escape from the chaos of the city, but still needs to get to it easily.

* About Taylor:

Taylor is an easygoing and friendly housemate, who loves to cook (and is seriously good at it!) He's always up for occasionally sharing a meal, or a drink, but also really respectful of personal space. He's been a fantastic friend and housemate - someone I'm genuinely going to miss having around.
