A well-kept three-bedroom house with a garden in Loughton on the Central Line, around 20 minutes to Stratford and 30 minutes to Liverpool Street. We're in the Epping Forest District (literally surrounded by forest!), ideal if you enjoy nature, hiking, running or green space.

Compact furnished room, approximately 5.9 m². Ideal for someone who doesn't need a huge bedroom but wants an affordable room with access to generous shared living space.

ROOM 2: £925 pcm
Larger furnished double room, approximately 9.9 m². This is currently my room, but I'm willing to move into Room 3 and make Room 2 available for the right housemate.

Both options include all bills and fibre broadband.

THE HOUSEHOLD
I'm a Christian live-in landlord, involved in youth ministry and working as a consultant. I'm into fitness, nutrition and healthy living, and keep a largely low-plastic kitchen with RO-filtered drinking water.

Room 1 is occupied by a friendly Christian couple, so this is a Christian household. We're looking for a tidy, considerate housemate who is comfortable with that environment and appreciates a peaceful home rather than a party house.

No smoking or drugs. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All bills are included under a fair use policy. Central heating is provided, with reasonable energy use expected.
