A nice person wanted to join my friendly house share in Loughton, within walking distance of both Loughton & Debden Station (34 mins to Liverpool St). A lovely 3 bed house in nice location with local shop 30 seconds walk away. The room is furnished & there is the option to include Virgin TV too, Virgin XL wireless broadband is included. With beautiful views of the nature reserve behind the house (which has free tennis courts, basketball courts, football pitches, fishing river, outdoor gym, running track etc).

You will be welcome to share the facilities of the house inc. a pretty garden with decking & turf, plus gas bbq for nice summer days. Back gate entry too. A new-ish fitted kitchen & with new appliances (inc. American style fridge) & utility room. Bath & shower (disco lighting optional!), separate toilet, both with heated flooring & sky lights. New gas central heating makes for a cosy but cool home. Fully alarmed with floodlighting at back & front. Parking usually very good too.
