I have 2 rooms to let in my house in Loughton (1 single and 1 double room). The house has two living rooms so privacy isn't a problem, Sharing with my self and a professional Female who now has taken the double room advertised.. All Bills, Sky and Broadband are included. I am rather relaxed and laid back, I work hard and need someone to share the house with who is hopefully of the same lifestyle or round about. like minded attitude who is professional appreciates a catch up with the house mates but also respects other people's privacy when needed.

The house is in a safe & quiet area. A 3 mins walk from the central line tube station, 30 mins to Bank and 45 mins to Oxford Circus. It is an ideal location for those who work in central London and yet appreciates the beauty of nature, as all bedrooms overlook Epping Forest. nature reserve is 15 mins walk, Epping forest is 25 - 30 mins walk. The high street with all the shops is a 5 min walk from the house. The house has a main living room as well as a big conservatory. it's bright and spacious.

We would be sharing the house with 2 cats that are very well looked after. Arthur & Sandy. Arthur is the placid and peaceful one of the two, if you think you already met a lap cat then you haven't met Sandy yet :-)
