Double Room to Let Loughton

I have a double room to let in a quiet clean flat. I have one small dog. There is no communal living space. I'm a 15 minute walk to the station but if you don't fancy that there are 2 bus stops immediately outside the flat. It's a 6 minute bus ride to Loughton and 2 minutes to debden. I'm not asking for a security deposit but I do expect rent to be paid in advance.
