For rent Monday to Thursday nights only (or less). Nicely furnished double bedroom available for one person. The room includes double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers & bookshelf. The room is to the rear of the property so very quiet and overlooks garden. Shared use of kitchen which includes hob, oven, microwave, usual crockery. Shared use of bathroom but please be aware that there is a shower but no bath.

The property is in close proximity to public transport, gym, swimming pool, shops, bars and restaurants. The area is leafy and green with plenty of open spaces. Close to Epping Forest and only 5 minutes walk from the nature reserve makes it a real paradise for nature lovers and walking enthusiasts.

The ideal tenant will be a working professional person who travels to work during the day rather than works from home; someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of my home. Most importantly, you will be compatible with me and the dog who visits occasionally
