Single room from Sept. 5 min to East15 Acting.

Single room to let in comfortable modern home (will update with new bedroom photo post redecoration).

My spare room has been let to East15 students in the past as it's 5 min walk to school and 3 min walk to shops, tube and 10 mins to the retail park.

The room is a small single with storage under bed, bedside cabinet, tall bookcase, full length mirror and wardrobe space.

My home is welcoming and safe (house alarm).

It's not a party house but it's a great home to return to and relax and chill. It's a home not rental property so someone who respects their surroundings is a must.
