Single room. 5 min to East15 Acting School & tube

Single room to let in comfortable modern home.

My spare room has been let to East15 students in the past as it's 5 min walk to school and 3 min walk to shops, tube and 10 mins to the retail park.

The room is a small single with storage under bed, bedside cabinet, tall bookcase, full length mirror and wardrobe space.

My home is welcoming and safe (house alarm).

It's not a party house but it's a great home to return to and relax and chill. It's a home not rental property so someone who respects their surroundings is a must.

Also close to beautiful Epping Forest and a nature reserve.
