Our house is calm, tidy , quiet and comfortable and big enough to have your own space after a very busy day at studying or work. . It’s a fun house but not a partying house .

The house is a 5 minute walk away from the Central Line Tube station ( Loughton Station) and 5 minute drive from the M25/M11. It’s a 15 minutes walk to E15 college . 25 minutes gets you to Liverpool Street.

A couple of minutes walk finds you a lovely vibrant high street with all local amenities, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, leisure centre and a library. A 10 minute walk finds you within Epping Forest and access to lots of beautiful walks and bike rides.
