Double room in warm inviting home

If you are looking for a double room, in a warm friendly home, then I have the room and home that could be perfect for you.

I am looking for someone who loves dogs as I have two very stubborn but also loveable dogs who you can find in one of the pictures.

The room I’m renting has a double bed, large double wardrobe, bedside table with draws and a large flatscreen TV. There is also WiFi included.

I’m looking for someone with a friendly disposition who is easy to get on with. I’m not a drinker or smoker so heavy drinkers / smokers need not apply.

The area has everything on offer, shops just around the corner, lots of lovely walks nearby including Clayton hill park, Broxbourne station is 1.5 miles away where you can get a train to London Liverpool Street in 25 minutes or 13 minutes will get you to Tottenham Hale where you can get the tube.
