This room is in an independent shared annexe. The room is an upstairs dual aspect king size bedded room. Full suite of wardrobes and cupboards, table and chair for office work or eating. Lounge chair and side table, TV, DVD, beverage making facilities within the room. Ensuite has walk in shower toilet and vanity unit.
All bills are included including Wifi and off road parking at the front of the house all covered by CCTV.
The fully equipped kitchen is shared as is the American fridge freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser. Double oven microwave toaster and washing machine with outside line drying area
The patio is a nice area to relax looking across the paddocks.
We operated a very successful 4* bed & breakfast for many years from this side of our property but now offer room only options.
We live independently attached.
We supply bedding towels and the room is serviced weekly including bed change and fresh towels.
We do not accommodate couples, and strictly no pets or children.
