This is in a purpose-built Annexe with shared facilities. This room is an airy downstairs double bedded room for single occupancy. Newly decorated. The ensuite is a full-size bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and wash handbasin. The bedroom has plenty of storage space with two wardrobes and drawers, bedside tables, lamps. There is TV with Freeview, and beverage making facilities within the room.
The room is serviced once a week where freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided.

This shared facility accommodation has its own entrance independent of my house where we live attached.
The kitchen is fully equipped and shares an American fridge freezer with Chilled water and ice dispenser, oven, hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster there is a washing machine and outside rotary line. The shared areas are also serviced once a week. The property is fully centrally heated and all bills and Wi-Fi are included.

In the past we have been a four star rated B&B but now are winding down a little for our future hence offering a room only single occupancy accommodation.

We have off-road parking with CCTV coverage.
We do not accept shift or night workers.
Not suitable for working from home employees.
