We are offering a downstairs bedsit room with en-suite shower and toilet. Bedding and towels supplied in fortnightly room service.
There is a TV and beverage making facilities with in the room.
We are on a bus route to Chelmsford and Maldon. Not far from Sandon Park and ride.
Shared kitchen to be left clean and tidy.
Lounge diner with access to patio.
Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, air fryer, double oven, American Fridge with chilled water and ice, microwave, toaster. Washing machine and outside drying line. Patio with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
The house is centrally heated with super fast WiFi and off road parking. We are looking for a quiet professional person to join us.
This particular room is not suitable for night shift workers due to its location in the house and we do not entertain working from home or smokers or vapers.
