Large ground floor room in new build detached home

We have a large ground floor room available with use of the main bathroom upstairs, a parking space in the driveway and shared use of the kitchen and garden. The property is a new build on the Manningtree Park estate with easy access to the town and the mainline railway station with trains to London in c.1 hour. It's currently my wife and I living at the property, we work from home 2-3 days per week. We are looking for a professional / mature lodger to welcome into our home. The room is really spacious and is currently furnished with a small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chair. We are happy to provide further items e. g. desk/drawers/TV as required. We have a lovely south facing garden.
