Room available in central Manningtree

Hi we're Dominic and Lucy! We're live out landlords taking a sabbatical to go travelling in our motorhome for a year. We're looking for 1 flatmate to join 1 other lovely 41 year old woman who you'll also be sharing with.

The house is a 4 bedroom house in central Manningtree, only a 3 minute walk to the pub/Manningtree high street/tesco express, and a 5 minute bike ride to Manningtree Station. Also a 5 minute walk to the river Stour and beach. We renovated the house when we moved in 6 years ago to make downstairs open plan with a new kitchen and bathroom. The conservatory opens up onto a small pretty garden. Although the house is central, we're on a quiet street and the room overlooks the back.

You'll be sharing with Rosie, 42, who works from home for the NHS. Plus her cockapoo Boris.

Sorry no smokers or couples. Low allergy and well behaved dogs are welcome.

Rent is £600pcm including council tax, water and Wifi
Extra bills for gas and electricity are around £50pcm each
Move in from September but earlier could be arranged

The room is available till September 2027, when we plan to return from our travels!
