The Accommodation:

This is NOT a house-share. You only share a large kitchen.
All rooms advertised are very recently refurbished as of January 2020. They comprise of a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, new carpets and an ensuite bathroom which has been completely renewed, tiled and installed with a new suite.

The rooms are situated along a corridor in a hotel themed format and at the end of the corridor is a communal kitchen. Adjacent to the communal kitchen is a laundry room. Your own transport is a bonus (ample parking) but there are several bus stops within a 10 minute walking distance.

The Tenant:

We seek genuine tenants with good references only. We conduct full checks like any regulated letting agency would (bar the fees) and anything flagged will terminate any proceedings.
