This property has two separate entrances and we are also planning to put a toilet and shower downstairs whereby the tenant will not have to share anything other than the kitchen with us.

Current occupants:
Both of us are professionals with occasional access to the Kitchen.

Transportation:
Bus to Newbury park would usually take 8 mins and the stop is 1 minutes away from the property. One can also travel to Chadwell heath station by bus.
