Room available in quiet waterside village

Hi,

We would like to rent out our spare room to either a single person or couple. Couple price would be £400 pcm.

The property is situated in Mayland which is near Maldon in Essex. Mayland is about a half hour drive to Chelmsford and the nearest train station is Althorne (7 minute drive) which is situated on the London Liverpool Street train line so is only an hour journey into London.

We are both professionals and work long hours during the week and would like to find a roommate who we can share a few laughs with as well as just space.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and TV and you will have use of the shared lounge, garden, bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen and bathroom have just been renovated so are new and the bedroom has double glazing fitted. It has also just been redecorated.

We have a small dog who is very friendly.

All we ask is you are a tidy, respectful person.

No DSS.
No smokers please.
