The house is extremely close (within minutes walking) to the General Hospital and the North Train Station. The location is extremely popular with the NHS professionals as well as daily train commuters needed to go as far as London (less than an hour ride). Essex University students with car or cycle will be suitable as well.

The area is purely residential, generally very tranquil and safe. At the same time, ASDA is only few minutes walk away.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, new combination microwave and conventional oven, Full height larder built-in half-half fridge freezer. Free use of internet. Rooms will either be laid with cream colour carpet or laminate flooring.

The house is a 4 bedroom 3 storey semi detached house.

Room 3 (now occupied) is a very very large room ( for £625 pcm ) on the 2nd floor. There is a shower and toilet room on the same floor right next to your room. This shower/toilet room is to be shared by only one other person who will occupy the smaller room on the same floor (currently vacant ). The room has a brand new 4 feet bed and mattress recently brought from John Lewis.

Room 2 ( now occupied but will become available from 14th July) on the first floor. is the master bedroom (Room 2 for £585 pcm) with en-suite shower and WC facility. The room is very bright and enjoys lots of light on a sunny day as two windows in the bedroom and the en-suite shower room allow plenty of natural light. It also enjoys a good view of trees and the back garden. The room has a brand new 4 feet bed and mattress recently brought from John Lewis.
There is a 3 door wardrobe with the middle door fitted with a full height mirror, a new IKEA study desk, a bedside cabinet with smooth roller guided rails.

Room 1 (available) is a single bedroom (Room 1 for £500 pcm ) on the first floor. The room is also very bright and enjoys lots of light on a sunny day. The large window in the bedroom allow a good view of the street and watching people walking by. There is a single 3ft bed, a study desk, a very tall glass door boxcase, an additional tall combination unit with shelves, 2 smooth roller guided bottom drawers and hanging space for clothes. There is a family bath/ toilet room next to this room which is to be shared by only the landlord who come to do housekeeping every now and then). There is a rain drops style shower recently fitted which allows a very different and pleasant showering experience.

The house has been created with quite an intellectual atmosphere with medical doctors, and university postgraduate living there. The house is tranquil and calm.

All bills covered except gas and electric energy charge which will be covered up to £100 per month. for the whole household bill. Amount beyond the £100 will be shared equally by the sharers. This is to encourage sensible and fair use of energy.
