Each room has a Private bathroom. 1 rooms is bigger with en suite and one is smaller with private bathroom. Prices are for a smaller room 650 and bigger 750 pounds.
You will have access to a kitchen, washer/dryer combo , a toilet downstairs , living room- open plan.
Each room features: a new double bed and mattress ( shows as single on pictures but it opens up) and a build-in wardrobe but please come see it to get the idea of what is there.
Bills included: gas heating, electric, water, broadband and a council tax.
I am not looking for couples but a mature professional working full time.
Off road Parking available. Closed Garage and small garden available as well if you need to park your bike somewhere,
The house is located by the Colchester hospital. I can accept a short tenancy but this is for discussions.
