A double bedroom is available to let from 1 February 2026. The room faces the garden and will be furnished with a single bed.
The bathroom is shared and includes a full-size bath. The lodger will also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen-diner, providing all essential appliances, including an air fryer, soup/smoothie maker, microwave, as well as fridge and freezer space as required. The living room is also available for shared use.
The property benefits from a large, well-maintained garden with fruit trees, vegetable beds, and a patio with substantial outdoor seating. There is also a fully equipped garden bar with internet access and television, as well as a separate room currently used as a home office. The home offers ample space to relax or enjoy quiet time.
The household includes a calm, elderly dog; therefore, the prospective lodger must be comfortable living with a dog.
The household is generally quiet, with housemates who work and study. We attend church regularly and enjoy a warm, balanced home life, combining a calm environment with friendly socialising, such as cooking together or the occasional board game.
Rent is open to discussion, with the possibility of adjustment in exchange for agreed assistance in the garden or around the house.
