The household includes a calm, elderly dog; therefore, the prospective lodger must be comfortable living with a dog.
The household is generally quiet, with housemates who work and study. We attend church regularly and enjoy a warm, balanced home life, combining a calm environment with friendly socialising, such as cooking together or the occasional board game.
