Short term double room to rent - next to station

Hi,

I’m a live-in landlord offering a furnished double room in a quiet, clean home.

The property is in a great location:
• 3-minute walk to the station
• Around 15 minutes to the town centre
• Around 15 minutes to the hospital
• Easy access to transport links and local amenities

The room is available for a maximum stay of 2 months, so would suit a working professional needing a short-term base.

Bedding and sheets can be provided if needed.

Please note: I do have a cat, so this would not be suitable for anyone with allergies or who is uncomfortable around pets.

I mainly work from home during the week, with some on-site days, so ideally looking for someone professional, respectful, and relatively independent. The room would best suit someone who works mostly on-site, with perhaps occasional work-from-home days.

I’m usually away at weekends (with the cat), so you’ll also have plenty of privacy and quiet time in the flat.
