* All utility bills included: water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence for communal TV, WiFi and weekly cleaner
* Washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge for using these)

HOUSEMATES
* Four gentlemen 20-40s all in full-time employment.

A small holding deposit secures the room until you're able to move in and is refundable off the first month's rent. A Guarantor may be required.
