I have a double room available with an en suite and shared living area/ kitchen. The property has a garden and parking which you’d have access too. The room will be unfurnished. I have added pictures of it furnished to give an idea of size. There is a built in wardrobe cupboard within the room for clothes/ storage.
I live here by myself and am looking for a similar aged female to rent the other room, since me and my partner split up. I work full time Monday to Friday and enjoy keeping busy, seeing friends or going out at the weekends. I’m hoping to find a likeminded person to move in and hopefully become friends with!

- The closest bus stop is a 20 min walk.
- 15 minute drive to Epping station for the central line then 45 mins into central London.
