We’re offering a fully furnished spare room in our charming two-bedroom Victorian terraced house. Perfect for a young professional, the room comes equipped with all the essentials—just bring your own bed linens and towels to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing the house with us, a friendly couple in our late twenties, and our lively, affectionate puppy who loves making new friends. It’s essential that you’re a dog lover, as our pup is an important part of our home.

The house features a cozy shared living and dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a tidy shared bathroom. There’s also a small garden at the back—great for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after work. We aim to maintain a relaxed yet respectful atmosphere, so we’re looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, as we share common areas.

Our ideal tenant is a non-smoker who enjoys living in a clean and considerate environment. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate additional pets.

Situated in a great location, the house offers easy access to local amenities, transport links, and green spaces, making it a perfect spot for professionals looking to balance city life with a cozy home base. There is no off street parking, but a parking permit can be arranged.
