Spacious 4 bed room house, a room has become free as a previous lodgers situation has changed. Ample parking in the street. The area is a nice quiet area, close proximity to river walk which leads to a nice pub. 15mins drive to Colchester or Sudbury.

The house is a 1960’s property than has recently been renovated. It’s too a liveable standard with a few minor improvements I’d like to make in the future. The living area is a big 8m by 4m space consisting of a fire place perfect for films and a sun drenched bean bag and rug snug area up the back.

Bills included is electricity, oil and water. All over living costs are to be worked out amongst the household, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc
