Description
Spacious 4 bed room house, my current lodger is moving on after a few years here. The house will be available from November 1st but i have given myself a months grace to carry out some maintenance.
If you need to move in November 1st that is possible but understand there will be minor disruption to the house.
Ample parking in the street all I ask is you be considerate of neighbours.
The area is nice and quiet, in close proximity to a river walk which leads on to a country pub.
15mins drive to Colchester/colchester north station and the town of Sudbury.
The house is a 1960’s property that has been recently renovated. It’s to a comfortable standard with a few minor improvements I’d like to make in the future.
The open plan living area is a big 8m by 4m space consisting of a fire place perfect for films and a sun drenched dining area that leads on to a south facing garden.
Bills included: electricity, heating and water. All other living costs are to be worked out amongst the household, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc
The house is kept tidy, just tidy as you go, there’s no cleaning rota unless needed, every now and then if you haven’t done it for a while just pop the hoover round.
The house is super chilled, a little sanctuary to retreat too after a days work.
