Double room village location with train station

Clean, bright double bedroom in modern comfortable home in the village of Newport. Bedroom furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The property has one bathroom. You would be welcome to share facilities including lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), conservatory and a sunny garden with summer house. Car parking available on private off road hard stand. I am looking for a tidy, clean and respectful housemate who would prove trustworthy and responsible when I am away. You would also need to be dog friendly!
Mainline train station 5 mins walk with quick access to London and Cambridge. Easy access to M11. Village has shop, bakers, pharmacy, cafe, pubs and Indian restaurant with take away service.
