🏡 About the Household & Me

You will be living with just me (live-in landlord) and my two friendly male cats, Olaf and Thor. You must like cats!

I work for the emergency services responding to 999 calls and work various shifts (early starts, late shifts, nights). I am very quiet when I come home late and expect the same mutual respect for a quiet environment.

Someone who works from home (due to shift-related quiet hours during the day).

Couples (single occupancy only).

Smokers, vapers, or drug users (strictly prohibited indoors).

Party animals (the neighborhood is very quiet).

🧺 Washing: Washing machine, tumble dryer, heated clothes horse, and garden washing line for warmer weather.

🧼 Bathroom: Bath with built-in shower and your own dedicated drawer space.

I am looking for a responsible professional (M-F ideally) who:

Is respectful, clean, and tidy (cleans communal areas immediately after use).

Is quiet late at night but social at times.

Has an active lifestyle and hobbies (as this is a Monday-to-Friday let only with a main home elsewhere on weekends).

Understands and respects shift patterns.

Guests: Occasional guests must be pre-approved. This is a quiet home environment, not suitable for frequent social gatherings.

🔐 Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving.

🤫 Quiet Hours: 22:00 (10 PM) to 08:00 (8 AM) daily (includes no cooking/washing machine use during these hours).

🐱 Pet Care: Keep cats indoors and contained by the stair gate for their safety.
