Seeking clean, quiet, non-smoking professional woman to rent recently revamped bedroom. The bedroom is spacious with wooden floors, freshly painted walls and the bed had a new hotel grade mattress. It has a big bay window and a comfortable lounge chair. Common areas – living room, kitchen, bathroom – shared with one other person. I’m looking for a responsible and practical lodger who will treat my house as their home.

Conveniently located on Old Heath Road. The house is a 15-minute cycle or a 15-minute drive to University of Essex campus. The number 51 bus stops right outside (one direction Colchester town, Colchester station and Highwoods, the other side to University of Essex campus/Wivenhoe). Colchester station is a 10-minute drive or 20mins by bus. 20-minute walk into Colchester town. 15-minute drive to Colchester hospital and a 20-minute bus journey.

Free street parking.

No couples, no pets, no parties, and this is a non-smoking household. It’s a quiet house – I am very respectful of my next door neighbours and I am seeking someone who is equally conscientious.

Shared facilities. Kitchen has all mod cons. Bills included: WiFi, Council tax, water, gas, electric etc.
