Bury-St-Edmunds = 40 minute drive.
Colchester = 20-30 minute drive.
Braintree = 25 minute drive.
London = 1.5 hours (more depending on traffic).
No deposit.
To secure the room, it'll be one months rent.
Bills are included.
Gas is ran from a canister, this will be extra. £35 when it runs out.
This should last at least 6 months!
