The property is 15minutes walk to Pitsea Train Station (Mainline C2C train service), which takes 35/40 minutes to commute to London Fenchurch Street/Tower Hill and 45 minutes to London Liverpool Street. The C2C service is a 14-minute journey to Upminster in Zone 6 with access to the District Line. There is also a mainline train service connection to Romford from Upminster, which takes 8 minutes.

The property is situated with easy walking distance to Lidl, Aldi & Tesco Supermarket in Pitsea. Within the broadway area there is a: Costa, Greggs, Boots and The Range. And if that’s not the store you need, you’ve got Munchies, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, KFC and McDonald’s all in walking distance. Basildon Town Shopping Centre and Basildon Hospital have bus services that run from local bus stops
