This room is a single but it also has a 6 foot by 6 foot side room which has a chest of drawers a clothes rail and plenty of storage space.

1 large double room as per pictures (no longer available).

Quiet area.

I am sorry but no couples.

You are expected to clean up after yourself if this is not possible then please do not apply.

There is no deposit but rent is always 1 Week in advance paid into the bank and there is a £20 deposit for the keys which is returned when you leave.

This is in a pedestrian area but there is ample parking available on the road.
