Double room in cottage with garden

My house is very well connected for transport and is on the edge of Harlow. It has lots of character and a very welcoming atmosphere, plus broadband and a sunny, private garden. Parking is easy. I am the only other person who lives there, and the new sharer will have a totally refitted shower room all to themself. I'm friendly and work locally. My interests are travel, food, films, books, the usual stuff and I am quite spiritual. If you move here, all I ask is that you respect the house and pay the rent on time.
