Your room has its own bathroom and you have a new mattress and bedsheets etc
Flat is in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, its a 5 min drive to lakeside shopping centre and a 10 min walk to purfleet station where you can head into london.
Short term lets are considered. But no couples because the room has a single bed.
One month security deposit before you move in.
No real minimum or max term, if guests plans change and you want to leave then you have that freedom.
