Driveway can be shared for a small vehicle. Otherwise it can be parked on the side roads in marked spaces. Garden can be accessed/used.
Close to Rainham Station, 10-12 minutes walk/ 2-3 minutes bus ride. Bus stop 1-2 minutes walk (165 Romford/Elm Park Station & 287 Barking Station).
Post office/newsagent 1-2 minutes walk. Costcutter and Fish & Chips 5 minutes walk. Tesco is 5 minutes bus ride/10-15 minutes walk away. Pizza Hut and other kebab shops few minutes walk. Lakeside Shopping centre/Dagenham retail park 10 minutes drive away.
