Double Furnished Room

This room is modern and comfortable with good storage space if you're not expecting to move the contents of a 3 bed house into it. It has a double bed in it. The house is modern, in a quiet residential street, with a large modern kitchen and a nice sized living/dining room with an open fire, leather sofas and TV with Sky. It is just a short bus ride from the District Line, and a ten minute walk to the C2C Overhead train which goes directly into Central London. It is close to local shops including 24 hour Tesco (5 mins walk). Current tenants are 2 male ( Spanish) who are both professional people, fun to be with and easy going, not really party animals though. I'd prefer someone who is quite tidy around the house and is happy to share jobs & housework. The bathroom has just been completely refurbished, and there is also a large garden for anyone who has green fingers. The room has been newly redecorated and refurbished and will be ready for a new tenant by the end September/ beginning of October
