Furnished double room in clean friendly house

I’m a clean and tidy, open minded professional, with a soppy well trained spaniel. I am working from home full time Monday - Friday and rarely leave the dog home alone.
Double room available 22nd Oct.
House is up for sale but would get approx 3 months notice from date of sold STC. Bathroom has separate toilet upstairs and downstairs is a second toilet. There is some gym equipment in the conservatory. And a second fridge and freezer in garden room. Kitchen has just been refurbished.
I’m quite social but like my own time just as much and have a tv in my room. Tv and broadband is unlimited Sky Q. There is parking on the drive for 4 cars (2 behind 2). Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful that I could potentially build a friendship with too.
Smoking is ok outside.
