I have a south facing room available in a four bedroom house. It has a green leafy outlook, and is particularly nice on a sunny day as the sun streams through the windows. The house has miles of woodland at the end of the road for easy access to long walks.
The room has an en-suite and comes furnished with a large wardrobe. I have a single bed available to use if you need, however if you wish for a double bed then you are welcome to bring your own. You will have your own fridge.
You would be living with my partner (50), our 5 year old daughter, and myself (45). We are all very friendly and welcoming. Street parking is available.
If this sounds like a fit for you, I look forward to hearing from you. This is not a party house.
I am willing to negotiate on price for the right person.
