Rayleigh:Bright double rm in family home & ensuite

This is a downstairs double bedroom with French doors onto the decking and a window onto the garden.

The downstairs shower and toilet is en suite to this room but you will not have fully exclusive use as the family may occasionally use the loo ( not any other lodgers).

The room has a full size double bed with a an almost new mattress (purchased 2022).

Central heating, spotlights, bedside table, table lamp, large wardrobes, laundry basket, mirror.

Excellent transport links to London (buses and trains), Southend (buses and trains) and Airport.

On street parking available nearby.

Access to laundry facilities, broadband, garden and decking (south facing).

House currently occupied by me and 1 of my adult children who is resident about 50% of the time and one additional lodger upstairs.

We all work and are looking for a full time student or professional person.

We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and will clean the room unless it is too untidy or you prefer to do it yourself.

Every Sunday we have a family gathering (usually dinner, sometimes lunch) at the house and would prefer sole use of the lounge and kitchen/diner during this time ( you can still use the kitchen but preferably not to cook while we’re eating).

At most other times the lounge and kitchen are available for you to use within reason.
We have a cat that has the run of most of the house (not rooms with closed doors).

We are mainly vegetarian/pescatarian but all lodgers to date have been omnivores!

Redecoration planned/ongoing throughout rest of the property from time to time.

Allocated fridge and cupboard space. Only limited freezer space currently.

Occasional smoking outside on decking/garden only permitted.
