FEMALE ONLY. Hi, I have a nice clean double room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom shared house in a great location. There is an ASDA superstore a few minutes away driving, an M&S and a Tesco express. The bus stop is about 8 mins from the house with frequent buses. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. There is a National Trust park 5mins away from the house and is great for running and nice walks. Off-street parking is available if you have a car. Rayleigh train station is 8 mins away by bus and about a 20min walk from the house. Trains go to Southend Victoria and London Liverpool st. station in under an hour. Train goes through Stratford where you can access the DLR, fast train to London King's cross in 7mins, the overground and the tube. 

The room is the master bedroom and has built in wardrobes with lots of space. The house is kept clean always and would suit someone who is tidy and clean. You will share the bathroom and other communal spaces with only one other woman who is an ophthalmologist. The room would suit a professional in full time employment.

Rent £750 per month
Deposit / Bond is £750 and will be refunded in full as long as there are no damages
Some bills included: Council tax, Water and Broadband 
Bills not included: Electricity and Gas. This will be split with your housemate monthly.

Maximum number of tenants is 1. Couples not allowed.

NOTE This is a short let. The room is available to move in from January 6th 2025 - March 31st 2025.
