Comfortable single room in a homely 2 bed apartment 30 seconds from Rayleigh High St and 10 mins from Rayleigh station. Easy transport access via train, bus or taxi. 15 minutes walk to Hockley woods.

The room is light and airy with a brand new mattress (3 ft wide single, 28cm depth), bedside table, drawers (to be upgraded to larger size) and plenty of wardrobe space. There's an open plan shared lounge, kitchen and dining area. This is a quiet apartment block with a nice sense of community.

I am looking for a professional lady who is sociable but also respectful of personal time. I am accommodating and friendly and happy to share my home with the right person. Hybrid working is fine and there's a desk or dining table to WFH.
