REGARDING DEPOSITS:
We will need a deposit to the value of £500 which will be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and you will have all details for this.
REGARDING RENT:
If paying weekly we will require 4 x weekly rents up front and maintain 4 weeks in front at all times.
if paying calendar month we will require one month up front payable the same day each month.
We don't accept DHS or none professional applicants all Tenants will need to be in full time employment.
The room is not furnished. although there maybe furniture available if needed.
