Almost every Sunday we have a family gathering (usually dinner, sometimes lunch) at the house and would prefer sole use of the lounge and kitchen/diner during this time.
At most other times the kitchen/diner is available for you to use as well.
We have a cat, Luna, who has the run of most of the house (not rooms with closed doors).
Redecoration planned/ongoing throughout rest of the property from time to time.
Allocated fridge and cupboard space. Only limited freezer space currently.
Occasional cigarette (not weed) smoking outside on decking/garden only permitted. ID, referencing and credit check will be required through Vorensys.
