We are a friendly household looking for a lodger to join our home. I live here with my son and our spaniel.

The room available is a large double (unfurnished) in a spacious 3 bedroom bungalow. You’ll have access to all shared areas of the house (apart from private bedrooms), including a huge garden.

What’s included: All bills included, Driveway parking for 2 cars, Own fridge and freezer, Cupboard space, Large garden with field views and local walks, Shared kitchen, living areas, and bathroom.

We’re looking for a friendly professional who would enjoy living in a welcoming, social home. Visitors are welcome, as we love a lively and relaxed environment.

The bungalow is set in the lovely village of Ridgewell, surrounded by countryside walks and peaceful views with our own private lane to access the property.
