The house is in a quiet close, 5-10 mins from the town square. the rear room overlooks the garden and farmland beyond. Within 5 mins walk of the countryside and nature reserve.

good local and national transport links, train station is 10-15 minutes walk, town square is 5-10 mins walk. Airport is 5 min drive.

This is a lodging room and I am a live in landlord. I like science fiction, history, reading, gardening, cooking, baking, I paddleboard a lot on the river Chelmer, and the coast. My children are grown, however I do have a baby grandchild (under 2yrs) who is a weekly overnight guest.
