The house is in a quiet close, 5-10 mins from the town square. Within 5 mins walk of the countryside and nature reserve. The household will suit a quiet person who enjoys their own company. Current lodgers work daytimes and have quiet evenings in their rooms or go out for socialising.

shared use of:
spacious and well equipped kitchen, use of washing machine, outside line, own cupboard, fridge space, plenty of freezer space.
shower and WC.
access and use of garden for relaxing, a small plot of space may be available for keen gardener lodgers.
plenty of parking on street.

No shared living room, all rooms suitable for single person households only

good local and national transport links, train station is 10-15 minutes walk, town square is 5-10 mins walk. Airport is 5 min drive.

This is a lodging room and I am a live in landlord and I wfh. I like science fiction, history, reading, gardening, cooking, baking, I paddleboard a lot on the river Chelmer, and the coast.
I have 3 cats and cannot accept any pets in the property.
My children are grown, however I do have a baby grandchild (under 2yrs) who is a weekly overnight guest. A current lodger very occasionally has their 10 year old staying overnight.
