Lovely room available in beautiful Rochford home.

A room has become available in our lovely house in Rochford after our last housemate has had to move due to extenuating circumstances. The house is three storey and we are renting out the entire attic conversion. My boyfriend Jack and I currently live here and are looking for a nice, easygoing, clean & tidy housemate to live in a nice atmosphere :). The landlord is my best friend’s partner so there is a good relationship already made. He will want to meet with you after your first viewing of the property to ensure you are a good fit with us. The house is a 10 minute walk from Rochford train station for any commuters and is close to lots of country walks and pubs. There is parking available outside the house for a permit fee of £50 per year. We are friendly, approachable and quiet people who enjoy to spend our weekends chilling or doing activities.
