Room for rent

I have a 3 bedroom house with one bedroom spare for someone to move in to. Although the room isn’t huge it will fit a double bed/wardrobes. The bedroom does also have a walk in wardrobe too. The downstairs toilet will be yours solely however it does not have a shower or bath unfortunately so that will need to be shared upstairs. There is a driveway as well as a big garden too. Myself and my partner both work, we are both laid back, easy to get along with and are looking for someone who is similar to us as well as keeping your room/toilet clean. We do however have two dogs, an English Bulldog and a Dachshund so if you’re not a dog lover then this isn’t for you 😂 happy to have someone who smokes as I do myself but it will need to be outside either the front or in the garden.
