Hi; I will have a double room from February ( available for viewing now ) in a friendly & relaxed bungalow, with all mod cons. The property is well positioned for easy commuting into London on the Liverpool Street line, London/Southend Airport & surrounding areas. All local amenities, including bus links, doctors, dentist, pubs/food, & local supermarkets are within a short walking distance. The room is clean, comfortable & furnished. The bungalow is in a safe ( Neighbor Hood Watch ) area with ample off street parking for your car; This would be ideally suited for someone whom is looking for a longer term let as this is a homely environment. I am ideally looking for another professional whom is easy going/friendly, clean & respectful. When i am not working i like nothing more than to unwind by either watching a movie or listening to music with the added bonus of a glass of wine or two! Hic!! There is full use of the kitchen/Dining room/ Lounge/ Bathroom & of course the garden with space in the shed if you need to store anything.
Rent includes all bills,( except food . This is a single occupancy so no overnight stays permitted..
