This is a loft conversion with access to a kitchen/diner and bathroom. The bedroom is with a slanted roof and the windows have blackout blinds. It’s a roomy loft and bills are included.

We have a cleaner that does communal areas.

Train connections are good into London. The closest station is Romford which is a 8-15 min bus journey, the bus stop is right outside the house. The same bus takes goes to Elm Park which is the District line. At the end of the road you can take two buses to Newbury Park station which is the central line.

To walk into Romford at fast pace is roughly 10 min walk. Slower walkers will be 15 mins.

Street parking is between £35 to £75 depending on the order you get the road permit from Havering.
